FIOWA is a 45-minute, instructor-led aquatic fitness class designed to activate your property’s pool and bring residents together through movement, music, and energy.
Set to Latin-inspired music like salsa, bachata, merengue, and cumbia, each session delivers a low-impact, full-body workout that’s engaging, accessible, and fun for all fitness levels.

What a Typical FIOWA Session Looks Like
Each session is professionally structured from start to finish—designed to be engaging, efficient, and easy for your team to host while delivering a high-quality experience for your residents.
We arrive early to set up sound, equipment (if used), and ensure everything is ready for a smooth, on-time start.
🔹 Pre-Session Setup (15 minutes before start)
A guided warm-up to get residents comfortable in the water, increase mobility, and prepare the body for movement.
🔹 Warm-Up (5–7 minutes)
The core of the workout—focused on resistance-based movements using water and optional equipment to build strength and endurance.
🔹 Aquatic Strength Training (20 minutes)
Upbeat, music-driven movement designed to elevate heart rate while staying low-impact and joint-friendly.
🔹 Aquatic Cardio (5 minutes)
Targeted exercises to strengthen the core, improve balance, and support overall functional movement.
🔹 Core (5–7 mins.)
A gradual transition to recovery with light movement and stretching.
🔹 Cool Down (3–5 minutes)
We handle breakdown and remain available for light resident interaction, questions, and community engagement.
🔹 Post-Session Wrap-Up (15 minutes after)
