Bmore Urbana — 4-Week Progressive Class Refund & Credit Policy

At Bmore Urbana, our classes are progressive 4-week series with limited spots. Each week builds on the last, so the policy below keeps every series fair, full, and on-track for the students who commit. Please read it before you register.

Registration‍ ‍

Registration reserves your spot in an entire 4-week progressive series. Because class sizes are limited and each week builds upon the previous week's material, registrations cannot be transferred between individual class dates.

Refunds‍ ‍

All registrations are final. Refunds are not provided once a registration has been completed.

Class Credits‍ ‍

If you notify Bmore Urbana before the series begins that you can no longer attend, your registration may be converted into a class credit toward a future 4-week progressive series.

Credits are valid for 6 months from the original purchase date. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

After the Series Begins

Once the first class of the series has started, missed classes are not eligible for refunds, credits, make-up classes, or prorated tuition.

Transferring Your Registration‍ ‍

Before the first class begins, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting Bmore Urbana. Once the series has started, registrations may not be transferred. ‍

Instructor Cancellation‍ ‍

If Bmore Urbana cancels a class, students will receive one of the following:

• A make-up class,

• A class credit, or

• A full refund if the series cannot reasonably be completed.

Exceptional Circumstances‍ ‍

Requests involving medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Bmore Urbana's discretion.
