3. Class & Event Registration

• Registration reserves your spot in a specific class, series, or event.

• Our progressive class series are sold as a full series, not individual classes; please review the class details before registering.

• Spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, substitute instructors, or cancel classes and events when necessary. If we cancel, see our Refund & Credit Policy for your options.

4. Payments & Donations

Payments and donations are processed by third-party providers, including Square and Eventbrite. By registering or donating, you agree to their terms as well as ours. Prices are listed at the point of registration and may include third-party processing fees.

5. Refunds & Credits

‍ ‍

Refunds, credits, and transfers are governed by our Refund & Credit Policy. Please read it before you register. In summary: registrations are final, but pre-series credits and transfers may be available, and instructor-cancelled classes are covered.

6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Dancing and physical activity involve inherent risks, including risk of injury. By participating in any Bmore Urbana class, workshop, or event, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them. You represent that you are physically able to participate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Bmore Urbana, LLC, its instructors, staff, and venue partners from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a welcoming, respectful community. We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe, harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive, without refund.

8. Photos & Video

‍ ‍

We sometimes photograph or record classes and events for promotion. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media unless you notify us in writing at info@bmoreurbana.com. Let staff know if you prefer not to be filmed.

9. Online Courses & Digital Products

‍ ‍

Access to digital products (such as recap courses) is for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not share login access, download and redistribute, or resell course content. Access terms (including any lifetime-access offers) are described at the point of purchase.
